For many years before my kidneys told me to stop torturing them, I only had chicken/pork biltong if I could find it. Before that I gave up normal biltong because of cholestorol.
I miss biltong of any kind now but salt is a friggin killer, literally.

Yeah, I don’t buy biltong simply due to cost but I have been told to cut down on my salt intake. I love it too much, just like bread.

Evening all
We had a good visit with dad, he even walked from the lounge to the patio to sit in the sun. we got him a mp3 player and headphones so now he has his music!
Towards the end of the visit tho, he was exhausted and it showed. For some reason today I just passed out from about 2 till 5:30. I was planning on gaming but fell asleep. I suspect the stress (tension headache included all weekend) from waiting hear about the job is getting to me.
