Yeah we’ve been riding the situation the whole afternoon. It helps that the girl he chose is by far the cutest and smartest in the whole class. She’s also very outspoken and not shy at all. I’ve got a suspicion that she was the instigator in this whole setup.
I’m curious to see if this plays out at school tomorrow and what the teacher’s feedback on it will be.
I remember in std 3 one of the girls (we were 10 yrs old?) in my class at Glenstantia Primary got “married” to another student. I don’t remember much about the boy. All I remember is that the “wedding” was held in the school library and was in the works for at least a month, and she wore a full-on wedding dress with veil and train, and a bouquet of flowers. Somehow I wrangled an invitation, I think it was because I lived in the library (By std 5 I was running the place.) But her mom helped her plan it and made her the dress and everything.
In st 1 (pre-94) I went to a Christian School that rejected apartheid, and because they were a private religious organisation they were allowed to take black students. I fell in love with a wonderful boy named Thabang, and went home and declared to my parents that when I grew up I was going to marry him. My mom had to try to explain to an 8-year old why that wasn’t allowed.
Morning everyone. Woke up with hearing issues. Weird hearing issues. My right ear is working at 4k resolution with no issue, but my left ear sounds like it’s only running at 480p this morning.
I have bad news, you will have to fumigate to get rid of them completely as well as treat the cat. Once done, buy some Fedona (its not cheap but about R100 for a small bottle that will last you months) mix a capful into a 500ml spray bottle and spray all the skirting boards, window frames and cills as well as all the doorways on the ground - No more creepy crawlies and you have to only redo it once every 3 - 4 months.
Let it dry before letting the cat roam the house, we have been doing this for years with our doggos and no issues for 10 years
