I’m back and fighting the urge to sleep so that I can get back onto SA time as quickly as possible. Like @Beo suggested, the jetlag is real, but I generally get back into rhythm fairly quickly. I’ve found it helps to mentally put yourself into your destinations’ time zone and headspace as early as you can when you’re flying. I make it a habit to change the time on my watch to my destination time pretty much as soon as the seatbelt light goes off after takeoff.
