Isn’t it a massive thrill getting into cockpit view and getting your dashboard? I love it on the Volvo.

Multi-player is nice because of all the shouting at friends when they ran you off the road or use you as a barrier, and there are the other times when you all cruise together which makes it look really cool though, so multi-player is really just the social aspect of it

Yeah myself and @SlinX had the same issue last night while we played some co-op(more him doing missions that he already did but I did not lol) but he kept disappearing on my screen then later comes back. or we had to manually stop the convoy and recreate. We put it down as day 1 server pwnage.

I tried an elimination thing (battle royal). Started in a beetle, saw no one, saw no “car drops” they kept talking about, finished 6th somehow still in a beetle. It was a confusing and amusing experience.

That is after the Xbox app deciding to download to my 5400rpm data drive. I let it in the hopes that I could move it but no luck. It did help me to compare the files downloaded there so I could clear them out from my SSD drive and restart the download - which despite selecting the SSD C:\ drive started downloading to the HDD E:\ again! I cancelled the download and tried again and this time… THIS TIME… it actually started downloading on the correct drive. So hopefully soon I can start playing the game

For those lazy to update drivers like me… the game will tell you to update your graphics drivers first lol. 800mb of more waiting after my download of the game finally completed. This was not ideal since I wanted to sneak in a quick play during my coffee break haha.
Steam Proton, app to run WINDOWS games on LINUX.
If you run Linux you skimped on Windows. Thats a saving that you probably used to buy the game on Steam. Most of us use Gamepass. So no outright purchase.
This all made perfect sense in my head.

Does anybody else experience a kind of rubber banding effect while racing? It is like the game speeds up to catch up some lost frames, but the actual frame rate is constant.
It almost feels like those TVs that run interpolation to get normal broadcasts to 100hz. Like the game is skipping rendered frames, yet use some weird algorythm to fill in the blanks. It is weird.
