The Hoonicorn is the ultimate drift machine, the angles you can pull are insane. I find the Formula D ones a bit too unruly, still fun though.
I had some fun drifting with a bunch or randoms up the volcano. Not even in a convoy or arcade event or anything, just randomly met up, gave the customary “beep beep” and off we went.

Man I was just thinking, I see SlinX’s name everywhere now, he is always ahead with everything in the game and I just saw his screenshots in the screenshot thread. 10 seconds later I get a notification “SlinX27 is now following you”.

I haven’t really used the MS store and xbox app much, so my friends list was empty. I’ve just been mass following people haha.
Edit: just got a message in-game that the stability patch will be dropping soon. Today in the US I presume, so maybe only tomorrow for us

I got the second car in the season (the Aston Martin) and struggled to get the last points for it. Ended up doing the cactus thing. Many of the daily challenges just don’t want to give me the points. For instance I did the Eliminator twice. Made top 10 and didn’t get the point for it. Lots of stuff like that. Did two Horizon Arcades that also didn’t give me the points.
I think I played before installing the patch though. Not sure. I hope they can sort out a lot of these bugs.
Is the lowest drop kit not enough? you want to full on slammmmmm it?

Speaking of sound. Does anybody else have the sound bug where you rev your engine when modifying and as soon as you change to a different part that will change the car sound like a different exhaust or a different filter, then the engine sounds kak out?
I don’t think it’s a bug, it just takes a while for the sounds to load. I’ve noticed it’s much faster after patch. It’s a bit odd that the engine, intake, exhaust, random crackles and pops all load it at different times.
No but i have had a bug where if i come right out of a menu and start driving that i don’t hear any engine noise, for quite a while i might add
