You can’t keep tabs on other peoples action early in the game. Especially protective roles like Doc. Investigative roles will only reveal their results late in the game most likely.
So you can mostly only keep track of your OWN actions and result thereof. So if you are a VT you have no actions to keep track of
it’s good to start the sheet for when the game starts to play out…
Nothing wrong with it - I am analytical by nature.
least if I spot a pattern I can call it out to other townies.
Things like a group of people always following each others lead, you might not notice it as actions are spread out over a couple hours and we all work during the day.
Yup agree definitely. Your wording was just wrong then.
As I would consider that more as noting down behavior and not actions. Actions are like Healing, Watching, Tracking, Killing, Investigating
While we’re on the subject of noobs playing (raises hand) with an hour to go before the Mod deadline, I’m full of noob questions. Sorry.
But couldn’t the counterclaim be equally fake? Player A claims to be a Doctor (another role I have to go Wiki!) Player B pops up and counterclaims the role. (I’m assuming there can only be one Doctor per game?) How do we know which one is telling the truth without them dying? Or maybe they’re both lying and are in fact both Mafia and claiming special roles so that the Townies don’t lynch them? Or is that sort of bluffing and double-bluffing just not done?
How do we even know whether the Doctor role, or any other special role, has been included in the game setup in the first place? What are these odds? We don’t even know how many of us are Townies and how many Mafia?
Is a Mafia hit ever unsuccessful? How often does that happen? Or is it another of the things that’s impacted by the special roles? As in, they won’t know if the person they try to kill is being protected by the Doctor.
