I only started playing it, seems to have some basic puzzles, feels like a cross between a hack n slash,zelda and mario

That sounds like Breath of the Wild in a nutshell: Zelda + Mario + puzzles + hack-n-slash. So I guess it would be a good game then?
I was contemplating it but when I saw it had platform puzzles, my inner anxiety said… no

This game is gorgeous, my word. I often just pause and admire the surroundings and forget there are cyborg monsters afoot.
