How is the performance on that radeon card?

Pretty great, as long as I keep RTX off. Playing it at native 1080p with Ultra preset. With Vsync it’s a solid 60FPS. RTX cuts the performance in half. I can get around 50FPS using FSR Auto mode if I just put RTX lighting on. Looks like reflections is the real killer. Can get even better performance with FSR but image quality drops significantly.

But… isn’t RTX an NVidia exclusive tech? I think Cyberpunk falls back to a DXR implementation for AMD cards. Regardless, ray tracing does have a huge impact on the game’s performance. To be honest, when the game is in motion, you’ll struggle to see the impacts of ray tracing on the visuals. It looks nice when you’re looking for it, but when you’re just playing the game and focusing on story and action, you won’t notice the RT at all.
I thought RTX is just the standard abbreviation for RayTracing? Guess Not. But yeah it doesn’t really bother me. I might put it on if I want to take some screenshots or something in future.

I got my physical copy on Thursday too, but I assumed it wouldn’t work until launch!
I’m having a good time with it, feels like old-school GT, with some modern touches.
Yeah the game looks great. The more time I spend in it, the more I’m loving it. I’ve had 1 bug so far in completing (or even starting) my last gig. I’ve done all gigs and cyber psychos, most side missions and bought all apartments. I’m ready to continue with the main story. Currently level 41 with 55 hours into the game.

Yip, we keep going back to it. Such a relaxing game and we like doing random treasure hunts and seasonal quests. Still worth it!

Yoh! Thats amazing detail! REALLY have to look hard to tell it is not a real car! Its only really the motion blur that gives it away in the first pic, but the second pic is brilliant!
