That would be for ACC. These pics were done in the original AC with the enhancements the custom shaders pack provides (and other mods?)

Exactly this. It’s AC with the SOL mode and an in-game post-processing filter. Vanilla Assetto Corsa looks good, but the mods elevate it a lot with minimal impact on performance.
