Soul Calibur is the best 3D fighter, and I’ll fight anyone on this, preferably in Soul Calibur! SC6 is also my most played Steam game, I love it.

I’ve always been keen on it but never to the tone of the amount they ask as an opening. I do enjoy fighting games, although I suck at them.

I remember all the hours we put into Soul Blade on the original PS. Me and one of my friends would always win some, lose some against our other friends, but whenever the two of us fought, everyone was on the edge of their seats. It’s so weird how you can easily lose to someone who just button mashes, but when you play against someone else who understands the mechanics, that’s when the game really shines.

i bought soul blade brand new and i still own it, the jewel case got a small crack over the years but the disc is still pretty damn perfect

The nice thing about jewel cases is you can swap them out and no one will be the wiser

worst mistake ever selling that machine back then, the xbox 360 was just released and i needed money to get one 
and the 360 games looked super amazing compared to the dc games i was playing so i sold it, little did i know as a console it would increase in value so exponentially, but i’m on the hunt for one again. i only kept the soul calibur, powerstone and daytona discs, they are buried somewhere in some ps1 jewel cases

Ya, I hear ya. I sold mine when I left Canada… Regrets… Especially the accessories.
It was by far my favourite console for shoot 'em ups. Zero Gunner 2 is probably one of my all time favs. Sure, I’ve got Ikagura on a couple platforms now, but ZG2 never got re-released… Actually, I just looked it up and it’s on Switch and Steam! And I used most my steam wallet already D: Well, there will be another sale soon enough I imagine

same with powerstone, dreamcast is the only console you can get it on, think it was released on the psp also afterwards but from a console perspective i know its only on the DC, so many exclusives on there that never made it to other consoles, even today
