What is it that you want/need and what amount are you willing to spend to get it?

Me:

  1. Smartphone upgrade - Samsung Galaxy Flagship - R10,000
  2. Mechanical Keyboard (with RGB) - R1,000 - R1,500
  3. Gaming Mouse (with RGB) - up to R1,500
  4. Bluetooth Desktop Speakers (2.1 Channel) - up to R1,500
  5. MP3 Front loader + 6x9" 400-500w Speaker combo (with Bluetooth, SD and USB - Android (optional)) - R1,500 - R2,000
  6. Rear boot spoiler with brake light - up to R1,500

Upgrading my contract soon, want to get a samsung and my max budget is 1kpm for it.
That’s all I really want currently.

I’m actually quite stingy. The only thing I splurged on was our house, which has appreciated 33% in value over the past 3.5 years. For all other things I wait for specials or negotiate deals. I won’t pay full price for games either… I bought my latest laptop at R27,000 via my company (due to me needing a decent machine for development that I do pretty much 12/7), my car was bought at R100k discount and my wife’s car at R45k discount.

The only things I feel the need to spend on now is stuff for our nursery, including a cot, chair, compactum, etc…
