Indie games have become an incredibly big part of gaming in the last few years. Some of the best gaming experiences you can have can be found in the plethora of indie games. Each week more and more of them arrive on the various gaming platforms.

Here we highlight some of these indie games on a weekly basis. We look at the latest and newest released on all 4 of the major gaming platforms and provide you with a bit more information about them. Perhaps some of these might peak your interest.

The creator of FTL brings this critically acclaimed turn-based game to Steam. In this game, you must control powerful mechs from the future to hold off this alien threat. Each attempt to save the world presents a new randomly generated challenge.

Deiland

Deiland is an adventure game that combines RPG and sandbox mechanics. Its cartoony style and pleasant soundtrack complement the crafting, trading and building mechanics. But don’t be fooled, enemies lurk in the shadows, and all is not as it seems in Deiland.

Fable Fortune

You play as one of six Heroes doing battle against each other in this free-to-play card game available on Xbox One. Play PvE or PvP battles against other opponents. But beware, good and evil are interchangeable even during the battle.

Mulaka

In Mulaka, embark on the journey of a Sukurúame – a Tarahumara shaman – as you fight back the foulness corrupting the land while drawing upon the powers of demigods. A gorgeous game set in the northern parts of Mexico, this 3D action adventure game is sure to keep you playing for hours.
