Yay it seems that I wont be dragged to the CCMA, everyone else has gotten then notifications over a week ago but not me
Hey, what happened?
Our ex-cleaning lady is dragging everyone in the office complex to the CCMA for unfair dismissal - I was the only one who gave her a month verbal notice - plus she only worked for me 3hours a week max - that was if we are lucky that she showed up the week. I also paid her more than the others. So yea she has no chance.
