Hmmm 15 minutes past when the fibre people should have been here.
Maybe they’re stuck in traffic. Or maybe an intergalactic monster spawned through a wormhole in spacetime and swallowed the technicians.
I’ve been waiting so long for this installation. I applied end of last year and nobody ever phoned me for an installation. I had to phone them multiple times. At this point in time I have little trust in Vodacom.

Is there no number you can phone to get the number of the technicians so you can call them directly?
I’ve managed to do that once or twice with Telkom, just so that I can figure out what is going on and what to expect.
Just be glad you have fiber options - We have fiber all around us, the sleeves installed in our street, connection point next to our driveway and no one can give us fiber.

Soli is Vuma not in your area?
Vuma is right next to us but not in our area unfortunately. Vodacom now has sole rights for 2 years at our complex because they were the only provider who would install for us.
