People can say what they want about wireless internet but BitCo is one of the companies with the best support I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
With Vodacom everything feels like a battle. But it’s fibre! So it’s a tough one.
Was the same with me and Level-7. Consistently received great support. Had to help them troubleshoot a caching issue once, but once that was sorted everything worked beautifully.
Clarification: Vumatel is not to Vodacom what Openserve is to Telkom. Vumatel is (for now) an independent fibre infrastructure provider.
Vodacom does its own FTTH builds, but for many areas it succeeds in convincing the HOA not to do it on an open access basis. Trustees/directors shouldn’t fall for that, regardless of what is promised.
