1 - I was well dronk already, so to hell with the sketchy picture

3 - Brownie base - baked Bar One cheesecake - PB frosting - Bar One ganache - Frozen Caramel Lindt balls
Luckily I saved my share for the next morning when I was sober … crazy mad sugar rush and crash after 8 weeks with zero sugar

See most places cannot make proper brownies - brownies are supposed to be chewy and a little gooey

There used to be a Bimbo’s at a garage up the road from me about 15 years back and they, along with the parental unit, are literally the only brownies I’ve ever enjoyed. Everfresh down here comes close but nowhere else can slam dunk it properly

The last time I had proper brownies was in the UK at the hotel I worked at. Meh
I don’t know, last time I ate brownies I got really weird, had a bunch of thought going through my head, just sat on the chair doing nothing, laughed and lot and then ate a bunch of chips…
