Sick. Sitting at the GP now to get antibiotics so this damn cold and stomach virus can just go away. In between I’m working through 130 pages SUMMARY of a court case that I was asked to act as expert in my field. My perfectionist nature compels me to correct many of the statements made that I’m to affirm, so it’s taking much longer than anticipated. Luckily they pay really, really well (3x my normal bill-out rate).

It’s a case of “who you know”. One of the country’s largest forensic experts referred the lead to us (due to them sharing an office park with us and us knowing the MD quite well), because we have domain experience that pertains to the case…
