Offbeat . . . Off Topic

Someone did a AMA about this very thing they where handed a 4000 that he had to go through before the next day in court.

I can’t even read a book with only 400 pages in a day.

Did the find they mystery ball?

Also, we are home again now, after our Mango flight being delayed for an hour, which messed things up a bit. I had to pay an additional R10 for my parking, but the worst part is only getting home around 20:00, and not at 19:00 as planned which is the little one’s sleeping time.

Just glad to be home, however, tomorrow is going to be operation clean up. Cat hair everywhere, dust all over the place. Sigh.

At least you guys are home safely and in your own home/space. Enjoy the rest of your evening.

Gnite all. ‘Twas a long day. Work, shoot after work where client was late, queue at the Nandos drive-thru, then MEWME. Enjoy your evenings.

Good morning. Heading to the mall, then a client meeting, then chill for the day. It’s Ironman weekend here so the city is basically shut down and chaos.

Hah yea that is why they had to make a second incision on his belly. At least they got it out, cos apparently leaving it in the wrong spot has chance of 70% cancer.

Can’t believe I’m awake at 7:30 9n a sat morning. But it’s almost time for qualies.

Now lets play some games and drink drinks!

When you sometimes make the mistake of being alive … Uh oops! My bad!

interesting, don’t know who knows Pat Rothfuss but I found this particular part very interesting , to do with Games stories and kinda ethics I suppose, just a cool little tidbit at 55m32s of info from his q&a at PAX East

Lol. He’s really treading lightly around the topic at first  but he makes a great point and ties it together nicely in the end.

I know Pat Rothfuss from his books (The Name of the Wind and The Wise Man’s Fear - he must hurry up with the end of the trilogy!)

Will check this out

It was good thanks.

The little one didn’t sleep too well during the vacation, but luckily we could sleep in a little bit in the mornings due to grandma’s being available

Also glad to be home, it’s always nice to be home. Spent most of the morning cleaning though, the animals shed like there’s no tomorrow, and of course dust gets in no matter what.

See I was right. Mango flights always delayed, stay away from them.

Got a call from an unrecognised Cell C number. I assume it was an accident dialed (somehow), 'cause the woman’s voice was very muffled, and when I answered, she sounded like she was already halfway into a conversation. :face_with_raised_eyebrow::stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Yeah I saw someone complained on the forum (was probably you then), but by then my tickets were bought already. Was hoping it would be a non issue 2 months later. I was wrong.

Gnite all. Streaming Ironman tmrw all day. Have a good one. Be safe if you’re out n about.
