I share your pain @Talentloos. I had a dream that one day I would get to own a Jaguar F Type. Until I sat in one at a trade show. The seat was extremely comfy and I fit, but when looking to the front, I was literally looking over the windscreen. The car is way too small for me.

Ha ha. I fit in the 86 fine and the seat position and everything is great. But you basically sit on the chassis. So the getting out is a pain in the dick!
and it is a bit shitty to have a car with only two seats.
so i will buy one as a third car one day.
I once tried to get into a Lotus Elise. I got in just fine, but I simply couldnât get out at all. There I as, in the middle of the Joburg Motor Show, and I had to crawl out of the car on my hands and knees.

Ha ha. Yeah also had that with an Elise. They are very small.

And my ford GT40 and the Mini for day to day
I started out with a little works 1300 mini. I painted it red with the classic white bonnet stripes. That thing was amazing. Then I got home from university one holiday and my dad sold it. I miss that car every day and i constantly search for them to buy another one.
But in the current place I live the body corporate prohibited me from owning 3 cars cause I only have two parking spots and they refuse to give me another one.
I had a little white mini cooper 1275. I miss that car - such an amazing little thing and that is the plan, finding and old mini cooper and replacing the engine with something a bit more reliable.

in my complex you can rent a parking spot (Which is why we have almost no visitor parking bays i suppose)
Yeah they donât allow it at all. I get fines if I park in a visitors parking.

Yea jy is besonders lucky om 2 bays te kry my broer se komplex het hy net sy 1 kar garage - en ek moet in visitors park oor naweke. En ja jy jry baie notas as jy te lank in een visitors bay parkeer.
Flip hier by ons is dinge darem baie meer relaxed.
ons kry 2 parking bays as jy a 3 slaapkamer unit het en net 1 vir a 2 slaapkamer. maar jy kan as daar visitor basy beskiskbaar is met speciale motivation aansoek doen vir nog a bay en soos R950 a maand vir die parking betaal
My een vriendin en haar man maak beurte om hulle kar in hulle garage te parkeer en die ander kar los hulle by haar ma wat 4 blokke weg bly want daar is geen spare visitors in hulle komplex nie

Met my 2 slaapkamer plek het ek drie parking bays. My garage, the parking voor die garage onder dak, en die parking spot voor dit ook. Kan 3 karre in 'n ry langs my huis kry. Dis verskil seker van kompleks tot kompleks.
