Looking for one/finding one is the hardest part.
Yeah i have only been looking for like 2 weeks and i hate it. And then you realise what you can get if you raise your budget by like 200 000 or 300 000 and then you just get all depressed and shit.
Yup. The threshold between shite but affordable and less affordable but amazing in every way is very small. There is no middle ground.
So many houses look like total crap to me. They’re all dark and depressing. Maybe I’ve just lived in a flat too long.

Couldn’t do a flat, my house isnt big at all. Old self catering 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom cottage, but I need the garden and a braai area.
