ya theres this chick from my previous office thats heavy into this diet cause she is bodybuilding now and apparently she smells so bad, that the whole office smells of fish all the time. people now go out for lunch…

Maybe just the fish smelling like fish.
Peoples breath however do start to smell when on a keto diet for a prolonged amount of time

its not just her breath… its radiating through her (like garlic and rum the day after having them)

Jis rum is a bad idea if you don’t want to stick. In university I went out one evening to drink, ended up drinking waaayyy too much rum. The next morning I thought in my hangover state that I’d go sit next to a cute girl and talk to her. As I sat down, she looked up at me, sniffed, stood up and walked away.

all she needs to do is have 1 freaking slice of bread and the smell wont be so bad, but no one slice is one too many…

i cannot believe that 1 slice of bread will mean that your abs wont be as present as they would have been had you not had one slice of bread… i mean isnt that why you dont drink water on the day of competition in any event?!

Keto diet is about 0 carbs, and you do not remain on 0 carbs till the day of the show though. Usually a week or few days before the show if you do even use the Keto method.
On show day, and even 1 day before you carb up!
The water cycling is another very complicated routine that also starts a week+ before the show

Now i wanna find out what your other sites are just so i can make sure my adblocker is running on them…i’m already a ugly mean person, may as well do the things im accused of :smiley:
