Take an AirMune and Corenza C tablet morning and evening for the next few days. I do that when I start to feel sick. Some claim that the disease will then blow over quicker, and wont be as severe.

Disclaimer: I havenā€™t done any double blind randomised control trials to show that it works though.

I can confirm this works well - I do this and IF I get sicker then I take airmune/linctagon 3 times a day.

But the combo tends to stop it after 2 or three days.

I havent a flu or bad cold in a while, just sniffles. For the sniffles I use Flomist.

As for lunch - I went and got a chicken pie from Spar - our local one does batches 3 times a day of fresh hand made pies. Aka filled with chicken and not sauce.
