In case you’re wondering what the heck’s going on, this is Hagan.

I reset my phone, but Google Authenticator did not remember my Two-Step key.

I have done this on a few other places as well. I think I’m hella screwed now.

Does anyone know how to retrieve Authenticator codes if you’ve reset your phone?

I have a serious problem now.

That sucks. Would this help: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/1187538

Hopefully if you can at least generate a backup code and get access to the Google Authenticator, it’ll restore all the other sites access codes?

@SIGSTART @Solitude - is it possible to disable 2-Step Verification on this account, otherwise I’ll be locked out here as well. Perhaps if you can do it on both accounts, then I can delete this one.

So, that’s - remove 2-Step Verification on this account as well as my Hagan account - please.

With Ubi it’s easy if you kept your recovery codes (6 codes that were generated at the time of enabling 2-step authentication)
If you don’t have the codes you’ll have to contact support
