Wat drink jy vir dit?
gister het ek 4 neurofens, en 2 adcodols gehad, vandag het ek vir my Anadins gekry ekt nou 2 gedrink en dit voel al beter maar is nogi weg nie. as ek teen lunch nogi beter voel nie gaan ek cave en net vir my a grandpa kry want dit sorteer hulle dadelik uit

Meeste Clicks en gewone apteke kan jou 'n migraine cocktail gee. Die belangrikste is om 'n brufen, 2 adcodol, 1 pil vir naarheid en ten minste 1 of 2 spier verslappers soos inza te drink

My GP usually gives me a traumeel and voltaren cocktail injection for hectic migraines. Helps me quite a bit

You see that requires actually going to the doctorā¦ i get migraines every month at least once and usually the neurofen/adcodol combination works but for some reason it is not now. i have found Anadins extra strength also helps although not for longā¦
i have found staying in bed in a dark room helps, but its month end so i cant not be at work at the moment

Fair point. Dark rooms and sleep is definitely best but rarely a viable option.
Iāve never tried the other med combos. I usually spam myprodols and panamor until I can just about function if the gp and bed isnāt an option.
Hope you come right though. Migraines are really awful.

My home pharmacy does the migraine cocktails - its amazing and its all that works for me.

I feel that painā¦ I actually wish I could deal directly with home affairs again, but as a foreigner, I have to go through VFS, which charge about R2500 just to hand off your documents to home affairs.
