Ok, so I’m not crazy then. But it’s a nice enough gesture from Steam. It means I can sell them without actually having to play the games.

Im tired, but at least its a better day today - aka I have the whole morning to myself at the office - peace and quiet which I need - altho I am bored out of my mind currently.

Hate this time of the year. Besides the cold, which I do not deal with very well, it’s also mid-year exam time for my students. And if there’s one thing I dislike more than setting exam papers, it’s marking the shitty things! Mostly because it’s when I start marking that I realize that in my efforts to challenge my students with a tough exam all I’ve really done is screw myself over having to read through the kak and nonsense half of them write. 
Onwards I guess! see y’all in a day or two…

Cold is easy to deal with, you layer up. I dislike summer as coming to work naked is not an option and I’d still be hot

It’s a Samsung Evo 840 and it wasn’t anywhere near its end of life. The weird thing is something killed it but i don’t know what it was. My first thought was it might of been a faulty SATA port or SATA cable but everything checks out fine. Just randomly died

When did you buy it? Those drives have a 5 year warranty if I am not mistaken. Perhaps contact Samsung support, maybe they can help you out?
