Morning people of the palace

Is it weekend yet?

Sat was spent at Killarney for the morning - at least dad did well with his race. One guy was an idiot, his car was sending out puffs of dark smoke, for two laps we saw the puffs, on the last lap his car caught fire. Whole back end burnt up, driver was fine.

Then went to Poco - South Africa’s almost Ikea - Ikea just has nicer things.

Sunday spent the day cleaning and then baking 650 dog biscuits.

I need another weekend

i always went to poco in strand until i realised they also have a branch in montague gardens.

Yea we went to the one in Sandown Rd. I loved it, If I had money I would have gotten a few items.

But at least now I know what there is.

soo… Update: Delay in switching on power due to cable theft near one of smaller substations. Emergency teams are busy replacing stolen cables. Please be prepared for another 3-4 days without power or load shedding due to cable and system testing
