Itâs official: I have high blood pressure. 
Despite trying to live healthier, drink more water, consume less caffeine, etc. I still ended up having to get medication to control it. So not only do I have to take meds to lower my uric acid levels, I now need to take it to control my blood pressure as well.
Stress really is a killer. Hopefully I can change my work circumstances to being more relaxed and in control in the next 2 years. Itâs when I plan on âretiringâ and living off my yearly dividens in 2 companies that Iâm working quite hard at growing right now.

Sorry this weekend I went into hiding and slept and read and watched F1
Our fibre is basically unusable in the evenings. Stupid Vodacom.
@SIGSTART Vodacom prioritises traffic to speedtest.mybroadband.co.za
No other sites will load but the speed test loads immediately and gives me my full download speed.
I canât even load Superbru or Most Epic Win. Writing this on my phone. ShowMax wonât load either.
They are real assholes.
Another guy at MyBroadband says if he uses a vpn then his connection is fine.
