It’s an impractical little sports car that’s a great toy but I couldn’t even get it into the garage when I bought it because the ramp was too steep.

That’s why my Dad sold my mom’s brz. The rain ditches where too sharp when he moved onto the small holding.

Sports cars are fun in cities. Used a mg tf for two months but as it was convertible I froze in the winter as the clothe roof didn’t insulate

Well that was fun
 A 20 minute job replacing a UPS battery up a wooden post turned into a 3 hour job
 Basically had a cable disintegrate on me. Was a good opportunity to replace it with proper outdoor cable. “Professional installers” my butt.

We all told our boss we’re not coming in on Friday. Today as we’re leaving he says lets not come to work on Friday. Hey we’re not gonna argue even If he did forget we weren’t coming in anyways.

I’ve got a problem.

My son is being born in 4 days and I have a huge itch to get a Switch, primarily to be able to game while sitting with him and my wife while they’re in bed. I’m a bad sleeper by default, so I know once I wake up for feeding / diaper changing I won’t be able to sleep again. That time I’ll fire up the Switch


BUT the thing costs R5200 and I can’t justify it to spend that money on a selfish desire.

What’s a man to do?
