That’s the absolute worst thing about traffic here in Joburg. As soon as it rains everything comes to a standstill.

@Mephisto_Helix most packages there will include land lines - local calls as well as one of their “dstv” options.
We got ours via Sky - so that we could get sky sport.
I’ve actually started sending people home. Captain must go down with ship.

Yep, saw those packages further on, bloody crazy what get’s included. Unfortunately all the sub-20 pound ones have no tv but that’s fine, can only afford the cheapies for the first month until I’m in a job. After job it’s move on to my own place and hopefully all the nicer mod cons!
