I have to be honest, that is me. The people I swear are scared of me but I just state bluntly what I want/expect - and if they lost a parcel i feel so sorry for them

it’s actually policy here that if a client swears at you, you put the phone down. But sometimes these okes are just fun to listen to - for me at least because I have the authority to adopt a similar attitude.

So our bookkeeper is quitting now, cause of anal retentive boss, cause he basically blamed her for the loss of our financial data due to our server hack issue. She is so pissed about that as its not her responsibility to make backups of what’s on the server.
