Red Dead Redemption Gets the Xbox one X Enhanced treatment

With Red Dead 2 releasing at the End of the Year Microsoft has decided to give its Predecessor the Xbox one X enhanced treatment. Red Dead Redemption became backward compatible in 2016 but that was a whole year before the One X was launched and it ran on the xbox one and One S models at the native 720p xbox 360 resolution but with a much more stable framerate.

See, right here is the only reason I’ll consider buying the One X. Not for the paltry exclusives, not for any cross-platform games. For a native 4K experience of RDR. I still have it on PS3, but never got further than an hour or so into the game and my console has been relegated to the family Netflix box. So I need to play this game. In 4K.
