I LOVED Asylum, but City took some time to click with me. When it did, I binged it until the end. Never much cared for Origins and didnāt get too far into it and still want to love Knight, but donāt have time to play it.
Iāve actually put in quite a few hours into this.
Itās a lekker, comfy game. Quite easy to play and enjoy. Essentially, you walk around gathering resources to renovate BnBs for guests. You also craft items to furnish the rooms etc.
I donāt usually play this genre much, the last game like it that I played a bit, was Sim Theme Park. Itās not a deep or complex game, but it strikes a good balance between being engaging, while not requiring too much effort. Itās a charming and comfy game.
Given @LazyDemoni recent post on the Ninja Gaiden trailer, conversations with @Wlad, and given that they are available on Game Pass, shoud I play all or any specific Ninja Gaiden games?
Convince me why I should play them as I literally know NOTHING about them. I am not even familiar was genre or category they fall into.
The story isnāt super important, so nothing is stopping you from starting with the new, remade NG II Black. I think that was their intention, to get new players in with the most modern looking game.
On GamePass, you get the Master Collection. These are the Sigma versions of the game, and are perfectly good.
I would start with NG1, but if it feels a bit dated, try the new, NG II Black. Skip the Sigma version of NG2. I revisited NG1 yesterday and I still love it.
As to why you should play NG in general. The flow of combat and movement is unmatched. I love DMC, I love Bayonetta, but NG does its own thing. Itās a more raw and subdued affair.
The brutal but spectacular execution of combat is sublime. The feel is just so good. The movement and attacks convey a sense of the power you wield. But you are far from invincible. Itās a beautiful symphony of chaos and control.
You should play them because you canāt play Nioh 2 on your Xbox. I was playing Ninja Gaiden Sigma from the Master Collection but I got stuck at a platforming section and now Iām playing Ninja Gaiden 2 Black and loving it. Just play it, youāll love it.
