Blood Message
Very cinematic looking action RPG game set in feudal China in 848.
The drums still thunder from the walls. The blood on the blade has yet to dry. Yet the road home lies ahead. Blood Message has just appeared at Summer Game Fest with a brand-new story intro, revealing new story details and offering a glimpse into a previously unexplored part of the journey.
Blood Message is a narrative-driven, linear action-adventure single-player game developed by NetEase ThunderFire’s 24 Entertainment 临安 (Lin’an) Studio, coming to PC and console platforms. The game is based on the true historical event of “Dunhuang’s Uprising”. Set in the late Tang Dynasty in 848 AD, players take on the role of a nameless messager who embarks on a perilous eastward journey to deliver a message that holds the fate of his homeland. Alongside his son, they must survive relentless enemy sieges and a treacherous three-thousand-li odyssey, fighting against impossible odds to return to the heart of the Tang: Chang’an. Amidst the desert sands, they etch the final tale of loyalty in the Great Tang. The world has heard too many stories of emperors and generals—Blood Message is an ode to the unsung heroes.

HAEX
Open world action adventure in a procedural player influenced world complete with aliens, monolithic structures and sci-fi drones. Coming in 2027. Wishlist now. (oh, and it’s pronounced “hex”.)
HAEX is an atmospheric multiplayer first-person survival shooter set in an alien-scarred wilderness engulfed by a mysterious, paranormal mist. HAEX follows players tracking down missing members of their science expedition after waking from a helicopter crash. Played solo or with up to three friends, an anomaly has appeared in the sub-arctic north, and as part of an expedition sent to investigate, players will need to discover not only the cause of the anomaly, but why part of the expedition is missing. Set in a hostile wilderness, alien creatures and machines are leaving the mist, and the elements kill as easily as they do. HAEX will be available on PC (Steam and Epic Games Store) in 2027.
