Have any of you take days off to watch a stream or play a game?
it’s impossible, the kids see Daddy home and want to play.
I have never taken off time to watch anything or to play a game that has just released. It would seem strange to do that I feel.

Considering I don’t get “time off” unless its during Dec I cant do that, nor would I do it. Its just not the kind of person I am
Nope never. But considering I work from home half the week…
I don’t really watch streams. I have however taken time off to game! A couple of times. For instance when Diablo 3 was launched. And then there were server issues so you take time off work and you can’t game.

I’m taking 3 weeks off (its a use it or lose it situation), but I’ll be mostly gaming.
But I have booked off work for launch days before.

No not me. I have taken advantage of conveniently timed legit sick leave however

No, work pays the bills and keeps the lights on so im not going to take off unnecessarily just to play a game. gaming is a luxury so i’ll take off when its a real emergency or for something important

Same thing happened to me. Drove through to Witbank BT Games the evening to collect my game. Installed it and nothing. Server kak all night.
Somewhere the next day I could finally play some, I think

nah, I wouldnt feel good the next day doing that. I would however take the day off to go surfing if I have no heavy deadlines and the waves are good.

Yes, I do it every now and then. I take days off if I feel like I need it. The fact that I game when I do it is just because that is what I like to do in my spare time.
Luckily with running your own company, I can do as I please. But if there is work to be done, then not a chance. But if there has been a period of time where I worked non stop for a week or two, I take a day off to recuperate
