Hey folks!
Other than Wootware and Evetech, where is the best online shopping to be done for PC hardware (CPU and motherboard specifically…).
Thanks!
Hey folks!
Other than Wootware and Evetech, where is the best online shopping to be done for PC hardware (CPU and motherboard specifically…).
Thanks!
since rebeltech is back, why not check with them?
So they are definitely both toast? So sorry man. What were they. And how old were they? I know you joked about all the Minecraft mods, but any idea if there was something specific that may have fried them? Or just good old wear and tear?
Rebeltech and wootware for sure. Avoid evetech if possible.
Dreamwaretech has decent prices, great service, and they’re around the corner from you.
I’m actually in the process now of having them check out my motherboard/cpu (both bought from them in January of this year), so am happy to give feedback on Wootware’s customer service. But I’ve returned faulty stuff before (within 30 days of purchase) and their service was amazing…its why i bought from them again. Hopefully they find fault with the combo and can take it from there…
Sorry to hear about your PC problems @oltman !
I try to buy everything PC wise from Wootware only. Their support is just outstanding. They’ve helped me out in the past and that earned my loyalty.
Can second Dreamwaretech, I had really great service from them.
Are you open to getting 2nd hand?
Dreamwaretech is more than just a few bucks more expensive
Not really keen for second hand, thanks.
Will check out Dreamwaretech. Never heard of them!
Just remembered I bought my I7-7700 CPU from here, and it’s still going strong.
Dreamware are awesome, I haven’t used them, but mates of mine has, great service so I will throw another vote to them. I still love Wootware, just because they are my local guys
Thanks folks! Wootware had everything in stock and Gigabyte items on sale until today! Thanks for all the tips and advice!
So, what ya getting’?
Sold my crypto and getting the new Core i5 12600KF, mobo and cooler
Dang it, between my original posting of this card and now when I finally have my bonus, this card has gone up by almost R2K.
So frustrating
That increase in the exchange rate definitely made a difference. It seems to be across the board with GPU prices.
Oooh, sound card. Do they actually make a big difference or do you also need the speakers/headphones to contribute (ie good speakers/headphones)?
