That is a nice touch! I might need to use them as my new cooler does not come with thermal paste!!!
Sadly, my onboard sound broke. I used it with an old 5.2 amp, and it generally delivered exceptional quality.
This new one however, is on another level. It is much more detailed across the highs, mids and lows. I played through some of my favourite songs and I was just marveling at the newly found detail and bigger soundstage in them.
The surround affect works better in games too. I had a great bit of fun in Control. Getting proper positional audio effects of the gunfire, rockets flying overhead and general destruction was awe inspiring!
First impressions are that it does make a difference, but with any audio devices, better is subjective. I could also be in a bit of a honeymoon phase! Objectively, I’d say that the raw spec improvement on this card should translate into the “tangible” results I feel.
Of course, I can’t do a direct comparison anymore but I’d say that onboard sound is good enough for most applications, but I don’t remember mine ever sounding this good
I think they are closed for the holidays now so just double check.
Under non-Christmas circumstances, it’s a Cadbury Dream slab, representing the dream that Dreamwaretech had when starting their business a couple of years ago.
Unfortunately the last order I put in was for half of my wife’s pc parts - she successfully argued that that means the chocolate belongs to her.
Disable all your addons/extensions. Test. Re-enable one at a time, testing each.
Of course, now it works fine.
Not all addons are created equal.
OK, so I have been using AVAST as an anti virus for years now, and honestly it works perfectly for me, however, I have noticed now a lot of the times that the GUI just crashes, my pc is still protected, and its still running there in the background, however it makes it impossible for me to add exceptions to false threats at these times, and then requires me to restart my PC to work again, I have also noticed that sometimes it just randomly starts using 100% of my disk resources, now I know some of it’s usage would be because of the real time protection, but damn 100 is too much.
So my question is, with Malwarebytes running a nice special at the moment, would it be worth it to get that annually instead? https://www.malwarebytes.com/pricing I faintly remember someone here bought malwarebytes but I just can’t remember, if someone has, may I ask what your experience has been so far, does malwarebytes have a nice and easy system to add exceptions? does it give me a nice bit of control over it? and then of course has there been any problems with it in regards to PC resource usage and GUI crashes?
I’ve been using the Malwarebytes subscription for about 2 years now and it has worked really well. Haven’t had any problems.
I’ve never had to put anything as an exception but I think it would be easy enough.
Anyone here know a thing or two about aruba switches ?
Not really, but they have a good reputation
i think i managed to sort it out after a kicking and screaming lol just need to get these devices to sync up now
Oh, a floermoer works for tech support
Vloermoer, but I will allow it.
Man o Man Aruba networks are nice but ffs why did the dude order the shit switches that cant stack… and then says they know alot about IT but cant figure out how the GUI works or even knows a think about the CL interface. At least I have it mostly working now while they on holiday XD I can burn things down
In southern suburbs nothing is spelt the way you expect
Got your switches working now? The Aruba software is fun to say the least, but then Cisco is just as fun, even when changing to the newest builds.
That would drive me to making some snide comments Not 100% sure but all of them CAN stack, just maybe not automatically?
yea all sorted now, links are connect set and Lagged, Vlans sorted and APs all configured
We have the Aruba 2540 series
