I did my bounce session last night, was interrupted and forgot to stretch afterwards, I am sooooooooooo sore.
My sister in law we suspect has covid - their results will be out today. She has been sick for 7 already but my brother says she is looking better, but the girl has spent to much time on Dr Google and has convinced herself she will die during the night last night.
Took a bunch of people hours to calm her down

We hope so as well, what pisses me off the most is to everyone else she is dying, with me she keeps telling me she is getting better and feeling better.

We love her, but she is a bit of a hypochondriac and she makes things worse in her mind, she knows this but ignores it. of all people my parents dropped of sleeping tablets, and my brother made her take half of one just to get sleep - she hasnt been sleeping for almost 2 days convinced she will die on day 8.

My brother in law tested positive for covid this week. We cancelled our scheduled family meet with them on Thursday.
