So my boss the brightest spark that she is has decided to sign up for a course(in mediation) that she does not have money for(i also doubt she will actually attend it all the way thrugh)…this course started today and continues until Wednesday next week. Guess who is not gonna get paid at the end of this month…

As long as he doesnt under tender so badly that when he wins and fucks up the contract he has a minor freak out (our last contractor underbid about R1mil …) Client wanted the cheap dude now its costing us more . . .

My boss does the same…also she doesnt remember the fine details of the contracts she signs… like if you want to renew give your intention before the contract expires etc…

I will take than rather than the obsessive checking and rechecking of the dates (at least 5 times a week - I have it all in the calendar with notifications for a week before the expiry date. . . . nog steeds nie goed genoeg)

I am having to return the controller. The Right Trigger button has some sort of adhesive stuck inside, making the Trigger button sticky. Barely had it a month…

So yesterday was eally interesting. The favorite colleague is booked off cause she has a back spasm and is booked off. But no one is asking her to come into work. While when I had the op I had to go back to work regardless. Just shows you how this place works. When the boss likes you you get to do what you want but when you don’t kiss ass then you are trash and not worth being treated as a human

I know it’s not nearly the right time for it, but hells bells bud, you need to find a new job. The likelihood of a kak boss becoming a better boss is near zero - they won’t change. Keep your eyes and ears open for other opportunities, and try go somewhere where your efforts are at least appreciated.

Yeah, times are tight and a good paycheck is important. But sometimes the benefits of a decent workplace to your mental and emotional well-being (and in your case, physical well-being too!) outweigh the cash.
Work out how much you’ll save by not having to drink and smoke so much due to all the stress your current boss is causing. 
Never mind the medical bills!

Yea I must say earning cash and being in a toxic work environment is never fun. I worked at a place the manager was a total … and I could not even go to HR or the CEO as the HR was her friend and CEO was her sister LUL so no win win
I just kept standing my ground and doing things according to the book but she still found issues lol looking back it was kinda funny

I must say, I have been extremely fortunate for the entirety of my working career, all 28 years of it. In every instance I have been working with amazing superiors and co-workers. It must be why I have such a naïve perception of people in general, I have yet to meet anyone in real life that has treated me badly.
