Definitely a bit stiff today but more in my back than my neck. I’m sure the insurance will also want to have the bakkie checked out properly.
Regarding the typing issue - this is my fifth attempt at typing this post. With the previous four, each time I typed a full stop it deleted everything. I just kept trying, and eventually it starts behaving itself. It’s very weird.

My morning started with doggos going nuts for no reason, the dad figure being pissed since the DTSV was acting up (I had to rescan the channels) as well as just pissed in general especially about the kak vodascum signal we have.

Only got 2 hours sleep, any tips to get mucus out of your lungs? Each time i placed my head on my pillow i would go into a coughing fit, i can’t think straight at the moment

ACC 200 loosens mucus. If you have that drink it 3 times a day.
Also when you cough spit the mucus out dont swallow it etc as it doesnt goe down and stay away from dairy(for a couple of days) as it makes the mucus worse

thank you, yes, I try my best to cough it up and I am staying away from dairy, don’t think I have ACC 200 but I have Corenza C which seems to be basically the same, I just hate drinking those things, taste awful

Ja so they will make you cough because they are loosening up the mucus. If you lie down try and lie on your side not your back otherwise you will need to sleep relatively upright for a couple of days.

Would it be recommended to use a sleeping tablet? just so i can get some sleep?
Its not going to help much, you will need to take acc at least with the corenza and then the sleep will come, but you can try it. Also sleep sitting up

Apparently, because I had minimal side effects the first time, they think I might have the same this time around. So far nothing besides a little lightheadedness. But I blame that on not having eaten yet so I am having a salad now.

It doesn’t surprise me. That township is exploding currently (huh, should there be a pun in there?). It seems like it grew another 10% each time we pass by it, which is roughly once a month. There are always water trucks on the side of the road that are leaking like crazy. The water seems like a river streaming down the main road. Such waste…

ACC200 is a mucolytic agent which means it loosens phlegm. Corenza works by drying up the phlegm. They are antagonists, so don’t take them together. If you want to get the phlegm out, use ACC200 and get yourself a sinus rinser (Saline spray) that you basically mist up your nose while inhaling. It adds water to the mix allowing the phlegm to be transported out easier and less painfully. It’s not fun but it definitely helps.
