What ever happened to bacon flavoured Tuk?

Or even Pringles?

Today is turning fun… No balance and no water at home since 10am…with no eta on when they will fix it.

@murfle I still see the bacon tuks, I miss the cheese stuffed ones that I had in the UK.

There is a lack of plain cheese crackers.

I can see there’s no balance, that photo is seriously uphill!

Lucky for me, I don’t eat snacks like those anymore, not for almost a year. I have good laugh at my wife and kid when they go through the “pain” of finding snacks that they like.

So good to be liberated from those cravings. It is amazing how you adapt. Now just adding garlic to my omellette makes it salty, for me.

Welcome to my neighbourhood, that is what I call small incline, you should see the hills here. It was fun to learn to drive… At least I can claim I have awesome clutch control…

Those are still a thing, afaik, I love Tuk’s too.

Nice, but pricey.

Well how is this for service.

I ordered a couple of home automation toys from shelly.cloud since they had a 10% discount being given on reddit and I was in the market anyway. My toys were supposed to dispatch yesterday, so I mailed them when I didn’t get a notification, and the reply was awesome.

There was a delay. But the delay is a good thing, because you picked standard shipping. In our experience, the SA postal service is kak. (I’m paraphrashing.) It’ll take months to reach you, would you like to consider our fancy DHL shipping rather?

Question: within the context of sentence structure, and listing items or things, when is it okay to use a comma followed by “and”?

Example:
wash the windows, wash the roof, clean the cars and sweep the drive
vs.
wash the windows, wash the roof, clean the cars, and sweep the drive

@murfle beat me to it. Basically, when you list things, there is a comma before the ‘and’ as it’s still part of the list.

I’m sure I remember a rule as saying the last item the and replaces the comma or is sufficient in that it would not be required.

But okay, thanks
