As mentioned about 2 weeks ago, my company got bought over by a competitor. We had our “are you staying or going” meetings yesterday, and luckily I am staying.
A few colleagues were not so lucky.

We went through this a few years ago. I’ve been a trustee for going on 5 years now and we still haven’t fixed everything.
This is what the Sectional Title Act and the prescribed minimum rules are supposed to be for, but maybe a summarised plain-language manual would be useful…
Part of the problem here is that the rules are changing all the time. When I started out, it was perfectly reasonable to have a derelict / abandoned car towed from the property. Now we’re no longer allowed to do that.
Ja the rules change a lot. You see we had 2 sets of trustees who ignored 2 AGM resolutions for the same thing and the managing agent did nothing about correcting the trustees etc.
