Nope, “for Africa” is the expression.
meaning “a lot of something”
Presumably derives from some idea of Western excess. When there’s too much of something, you can give it away, like a charitable donation, hence “X for Africa.”
My interpretation of it is funnier, and I know humour, I have enough for America.
