!Stage 1 of financial recovery after surgery complete. Medical aid paid for some
Stage 2 has now started, applied to gap cover to pay the shortfall of R160 000.
Stage 3 still has to happen, fight with gap cover over details
Stage 4 still has to happen, watch your savings drain dry and paying off more on credit cards to cover the part gap cover refused to cover.
Stage 5: wishing there was a gap cover to cover the gap cover shortfall. I guess you can call my life insurance policy that gap cover. It will pay my debt for all the surgeries I have been through when I finally die.
Depressing isn’t it?
Still not a good enough reason to be depressed, I think. There are still good things to look forward to in life, like family.

So hyt basically gese die nerves het nie reg uit aan mekaar gegroei nie so dit het om gekrul en dis hoekom daai plek so sensitive is. Hyt gese hy gaan kyk om either Vrydag or Maandag te operate en dan ook kyk of hy die nerve kan heg.
Maar hy se ook daars n 50/50 kans dat dit gaan werk. So hopefully it works so that when I pick something up I don’t have to grip it with my fingers
