As we found out last night, if you start the DLC zone, New York then you cannot join people that are in the Washington DC zone until you finish the DLC content.
Most frustrating.

It sucks alot. I also want to play Div 1 again so get the shield rewards. Probably not going to find anyone on there but yes looking forward to it
