Looks like a Merc F1 I guess. Those side pod/engine cover vents look like gills. Not nearly as interesting as the ones on the Aston. Probably there for similar cooling reasons, I guess?

Also, these pics mean that every launch this year has been leaked before the official reveal, right?

All except I think the aston? Im not sure, at least I saw a little bit of the true Williams since they apparently did more just a livery reveal

lolwtf, where did these come from XD

I see Merc is the only team doing a little ode to the old rules with their little bekkie at the tip of the nose. Everyone else’s so far is flat.

EDIT: wait, seems like its a damn impressive looking render?

The ground texture is what gives it away for me, more renders. The car looks very impressive, even though I am not that impressed (admittedly, I only gave it a quick glance)

(Masi) will be replaced by Eduardo Freitas and Niels Wittich, who will rotate the position between them during the season and be assisted by a permanent senior adviser in Herbie Blash, who was formerly Whiting’s deputy.

A new virtual race control room will be created that has been likened to football’s video assistant referee, which will assist the race director in making decisions.

As expected, direct radio communications with the race director during the race will not be broadcast and team bosses will not be able to interfere in order to “protect the race director from any pressure and allow him to take decisions peacefully”.
