From what I know you might not even pay a fine, it should be fine you will have to get a temporary licence for R45 I think. My boss just had to do it.

He just went into the traffic department picked up the forms and will go early tomorrow to do the rest.

Last time I did mine I just needed my ID and proof of residence. They did the other stuff there. You may need to take some photos with you for the temporary license however.

Yeah you will definitely need to take photos for the temporary license. I know because I did mine end of last year.

I also took a eye test with but they still wanted me to do the eye test at the station too.

I did mine just the other day. You have to make a booking online, as they don’t take walk-ins. Your best bet is to look at the website between 8-9am. I did struggle to get a time slot at the license department I wanted. If your in jhb area, the time slots for bookings Come out on Tuesdays.

You also only need to take fotos with for a tempory ID.

Mainly the vibe and/or attitude and how busy it may be. Even though it’s night school there’s one day a week that’s daytime and apart from that, I heard the night school is crazy popular so it’s not like it’s gonna be dead just because it’s after hours. I’ve done and gotten used to pretty much everything else here except obviously this …

I am sure you are gonna enjoy it immensely, just go the first day with no expectations, be at least 15mins early incase traffic or getting lost on campus

Oh I’ll be earlier than that, lol … everything I do I end up being at least 30mins early :sunglasses:
