@Solitude you need to leave Health Squared ASAP.
The idiots have now after have sent numerous emails and made several telephone calls asking them (Well actually instructing them) not to pay the drs’ account who charged me for a procedure which was not done, gone ahead and paid the bastard dr. They have gaul to tell me that i should not have submitted the account if i knew there was an incorrect item on the invoice, yet i was also told that the drs use a system called EDI which automatically captures invoices and sends them through for payment.

Unfortunately we also got a nasty surprise from them. Got pre-authorisation for my wife and made sure they will pay for everything. Then got a bill for all kinds of stuff that they didn’t pay for. The hospital said they will sort it out with Health Squared but I’m not feeling too confident.
So yes, I will definitely move.
Just don’t know where yet.

ja i know that feeling. the Take home medicine i got from the hospital was not covered despite my cover providing for take home medicine… i dont think they are capable of managing the few members they have efficiently…
i was actually looking at bonitas (in order not to go to discovery)

But with 2 kids it really tests your medical insurance to the limits.
