Jip I’ve not seen the outside world properly for over a week now, and staring down the barrel of another 3 weeks. I’d say my cabin fever rating is at a high 4/10

Our local Portuguese supplier/shop was completely sold out of most things. No chickens, people even bought all the frozen chicken livers. And the coolroom in the back that had a whole bunch of pigs hanging is also empty.

Luckily my kids are at the age where they can look after themselves, in fact, last night I got gatvol that I am always cooking and they just sit around on their behinds all day and doing nothing and told them that they have to cook. If they don’t, they don’t eat.
We had an amazing meal. So glad that they can step up to the plate.

So… I’m reading an article on how to remove guaze without ripping of the forming scabs. There’s a video playing in the bottom left on how to make scrambled eggs with crushed tomatoes on top.
