Rebeltech is only delivering to essential businesses who need IT equipment (well last I heard)
Wootware is delivering to the public. Although it’s only if they have stock of the item.

Titan-Ice was delivering. I got some RAM and an NVMe from them in the first week of lockdown.
Evetech is also now open for Essential Services deliveries.
