Yep from about 4:30am. At least it came back on around 9:00am for us but I know some areas were out for nearly 12 hours

Ours also came on at around 9. Was just getting ready to go into work but luckily could then work from home.

It all comes down to the expansion in the area. Old infrastructure that hasn’t been upgraded to cope with all the townhouse complexes that have been built.
